Veterinary Practice Manager

The right candidate will have a progression of responsibility in a Multi-Unit Operational background in a Client or Customer facing Healthcare Services Organization: Veterinary, Human Medicine, Retail Medical (Eye Care, Dentistry, Rehabilitation etc.).

The Vice President of Operations reports to the Chief Operating Officer to deliver company expectations through the execution of financial and quality initiatives across their regions.The Vice President of Operations is responsible for financial results with a combined annual revenue upwards of 150 MM.We require a hands-on approach and an in depth understanding of the Veterinary industry to find practical solutions for our Pets, Clients and Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieving plan revenue and managing controllable costs
  • Driving and supporting service focused Doctor / Client communication
  • Development, Engagement and Retention Initiatives
  • Doctor retention and recruitment
  • Regional acquisition onboarding support

Prior Experience

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for financial results with a combined annual revenue upwards of 150 MM.

  • Four-year college degree
  • Hospital management or business degree a plus
  • 5-15 years in Veterinary or Human Healthcare multi-unit management required.
  • Capability to work efficiently in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership ability.
