Dr. Treat is a membership-only personalized veterinary. We want to give you the best experience possible, with access to care when you need it, 24/7. With our membership, you get unlimited exams at our clinic or on our Telehealth platform, nutritional advice, onsite pharmacy and access to our team 24/7, in addition to amazing education content our team is preparing for your guidance.
The membership allows us to really give you the highest level of care and service as we cap the number of members at each location. That way you can get the access you need.
At Dr. Treat, our goal is to offer your pet personalized care. We consider each pet to be unique based on their breed, lifestyle, diet, health markers, genetic make up, among other factors, and as such, the service or care that is administered to them needs to be tailored with these in mind. We founded Dr. Treat with the mission to help pets live longer, healthier and happier lives. With that mission, we want to offer preventative care so that your pets live happier and healthier lives with fewer trips to our clinics. We will work with you closely to give you nutritional advice, lifestyle recommendations and assess any long-term or short term medical issues.

We accept all forms of credit card payments, and all you need to do is set up your account once and you’re set! We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Yes, we are happy to provide you with all the information you need to file your claims. We can provide all the detailed documentation for you to file your claim with your company. However, most insurance companies require payments upfront so you should be prepared to make the payment to Dr. Treat prior to you getting reimbursed by your insurance company.
We plan to partner with various insurance providers in the future to make the process of claims more seamless.
We only offer annual memberships only, and we rely on membership fees to compensate our teams fairly so that we are able to provide you with the best and highest level of care. Unfortunately we are not able to put accounts on hold. But if there is an issue on your end, please contact our Pet Concierge team and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The best part about our membership is that we don’t charge you any late or reschedule fees! You’re fully covered. If possible, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment but if you don’t know 24 hours in advance, please make that change in the app at the earliest so that we can open up that time for other members.
